The garland was made with some unused gift tags from at least two fabric panels.
They were sandwiched with Christmas print backs, hand quilted around the outline, and edges were left raw.
The tree trunk in the wall hanging was fused and stitched on during the quilting process, then the foliage added, with a bunk attached to the trunk, then spread and attached to the background with a button at the end.
The buttons are handy to hold light weight and flat tree trims, in this case fabric glued to raw cardboard.
