Twisted Mini Tree

Take a length of 20mm galvanised wire, use a pair of pliers to make a small loop in one end.

Use an oddment of yarn (About 8 ply) and a suitable size crochet hook (size about 3 or 3.5) and work double crochet over the wire until you have the wire tightly covered.

Bend the wire into a tortures tree shape, and glue the end opposite the loop into a wooden bead

Some days I think I should get a life!

However, this led to Faux Fur Feather Trees and a whole range of hand made trees.
